Who sells and who licenses

Templates are sold by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and reseller. When you buy, the Polar Buyer Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase.

D_FFERENT, the business behind Sheetstead, created the templates and gives you the license below.

What you get

For each template you buy, you get a copy link for the template and a setup guide PDF. Nothing is shipped.

License

You may use each template you buy for yourself or for one business, for internal use. You may change your copy as you like.

You may not resell, redistribute or share the template, and you may not publish your copy link.

Self-serve

Templates only. We don't do custom work, install templates for you, or offer one-to-one help.

Support

We give support by email at support@sheetstead.com. We send a first reply within 3 business days. If a template has a defect, we fix it in a later version.

Google Sheets™ dependency

Templates need a Google account and Google Sheets™. Google can change its products and policies, and those changes may change how a template works.

The first time a template's script runs, Google asks you to authorize it. The setup guide explains this step.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 60 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy.

Warranty

As far as the law allows, templates are provided as is. This does not affect any warranty or consumer guarantee that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim about a template is limited to the amount you paid for it.

This limit does not apply to harm we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

Trademarks

Google Sheets™ is a trademark of Google LLC. Google LLC has not sponsored or endorsed Sheetstead.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection that the law of the country where you live gives you.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date at least 7 days before it takes effect, or at least 30 days before if the change is less favorable to you. Questions about these terms: support@sheetstead.com.
