60-day refund
Ask within 60 days of purchase and you get a full refund, for any reason. No questions asked.
How to ask
Email support@sheetstead.com with the email address you used to buy, or with your order number.
Timing
We process your refund through Polar within 3 business days, back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to show it.
After a refund
After a refund, your license ends. We ask you to stop using your copy of the template.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under the consumer law of the country where you live. It does not limit those rights.
Who processes it
Polar, the merchant of record, carries out refunds as the seller, under the Polar Buyer Terms and Conditions.
